Abstract
A growing number of people are using AI to streamline the research process including literature reviewing, generating hypothesis, analysing data and writing and editing papers. Where does it work well and what are the pitfalls to watch out for? What ethical dilemmas does this create? This session will mostly be a group decision. Bring along examples of where you’ve used AI. Did it work well? What were the pitfalls? Through this discussion we’ll crowd source recommendations for doing research using AI.
Biography
This Seminar will be led by our very own Prof Trevor Cox. We will be joined by Wendy Taylor from the Library’s Open Research Team.
