CRIS Research Blog

Welcome to our interdisciplinary blog series from the Centre for Inclusive Society at the University of Salford. This series will share academic research that explores real-world challenges and possibilities of building a more inclusive, equitable and socially just society. From inclusive work and housing, to digital access, environmental challenges and community resilience, our researchers are using various traditional and innovative methods and working across disciplines to explore how we can build fairer, more connected societies.  Contributors to this blog series will share insights, innovations and reflections that connect research with impact. We work with a range of external organisations including local authorities and the social sector, these posts are aimed at fellow academics, practitioners, stakeholders and those who are simply curious about the issues shaping our everyday lives.
