An investigation into the individual experiences of place attachment and mental health, in the context of neighbourhood regeneration. The project seeks to develop a greater understanding of people-place relations during the experience of place change and what influence if any, this has in terms of psychological well-being.

Michael is a lecturer in psychology at the University of Salford. He is also currently completing his PhD with SHUSU, where he has also contributed to several projects as a research assistant.
