Green Deal Go Early in Greater Manchester

SHUSU worked as part of ABERG (Applied Buildings and Energy Research Group) on research to understand householder experiences of energy-efficient retrofit. Our research comprised a set of interviews with householders to investigate their motivations for participating, their experiences of the retrofit works being carried out, and the ways in which the refurbished home has impacted upon factors such as their comfort levels, the size of their utility bills and wider factors such as health and quality of life.

Priniciple Investigator and Co-investigator: Professor Will Swan and Dr Graeme Sherriff
