Green Deal Communities in Greater Manchester

SHUSU worked as part of ABERG (Applied Buildings and Energy Research Group) to contribute to the evaluation of Greater Manchester’s Green Deal Communities programme, delivered by the Greater Manchester Combined Authority. The programme focused on delivering energy-efficient retrofit to households in the conurbation. The research consisted of qualitative interviews with policy officers, delivery partners, local authorities and householders alongside a survey of householder perceptions and experience of the programme.

Principal Investigator and co-investigator: Professor Will Swan and Dr Graeme Sherriff
