It will primarily seek to:

- Ensuring that newly diagnosed PLwMS people receive trusted, timely, up-to-date and accurate information.
- Providing faster and more efficient access to their clinical team and local services through effective signposting.
- Additional support, reassurance.
The project is likely to benefit HCPs by:
- Support patients’ needs.
- Enable effective and timely access to information and education.
- Develop service provision.
