English researchers recognised at the Research and Knowledge Exchange Awards

We are delighted to report that the Centre’s work has been acknowledged in four nominations to this year’s Research and Knowledge Exchange awards at the University. The showings were as follows:

Lucia Nigri won Supervisor of the Year, with Caroline Magennis as a runner up in the same category.

Scott Thurston and Joanna Omylinska-Thurston (School of Health and Society) won ‘Developing Cutting-Edge Creativity and Innovative Practice’ category for our work on Arts for the Blues.

Alicia Rouverol was nominated to the category of Rising Star.

Congratulations all and to everyone who featured yesterday — and to those that support them and make their work possible!
