Resources
Social prescribing is a rapidly emerging field – and it is sometimes hard to keep up with the sheer volume of publications, resources and general activity. This page is to signpost some key resources and links – and very much a work in progress. (If you have suggested additions, please get in touch!)
If you are new to social prescribing and want to find out what it is all about, the video below is a nice intro, and the publications ‘Social prescribing and community based support‘ guide from NHS England and ‘Making sense of social prescribing’ by Marie Polley & colleagues are good starting points.
