In addition, the team seek to provide students\/practitioners with the knowledge and skills to be effective public health practitioners. Within this, we seek to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Better understand the evidence base<\/li>\n<li>Offer research led teaching<\/li>\n<li>Take a social determinants approach to tackling health inequalities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Public Health team are part of the Directorate of Allied and Public Health at the University of Salford.
