Please join us for our second public talk with a photographer of Salford’s ‘slum’ clearance and redevelopment during the 1960s and 70s. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Phil Portus, whose work is well established and documented (https:\/\/www.philportus.co.uk\/) will speak about his documentary project in Salford that started in the mid 1970s. His evocative photography showcases and juxtaposes individual people with the urban changes experienced during that time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He will speak at the Salford Museum and Art Gallery on Saturday, August 10, 2024<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
