The project represents a collaboration between academics based at several Universities and focuses upon the societal impact of Covid-19, in particular, the social harms generated by the pandemic and resultant non-pharmaceutical interventions (NPIs) introduced to curb transmission. The collaboration has so far resulted in the publication of a short rapid response book (Policy Press) and three peer-reviewed articles in International Journal of Sociology and Social Policy; Abuse: An Impact Journal; and, Safer Communities.
