With over 30 years\u2019 experience initially in IT customer service, project management and support roles before progressing into more senior leadership posts both at University of Salford and then several leading social housing organisations. More recently Paul has run a highly successful award winning franchise business and worked for a number of charitable organisations in Greater Manchester including AgeUK, Six Degrees and Empowered Conversations.
