{"id":378,"date":"2026-07-15T13:55:43","date_gmt":"2026-07-15T13:55:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hub.salford.ac.uk\/cultures-of-class\/?p=378"},"modified":"2026-07-15T13:58:29","modified_gmt":"2026-07-15T13:58:29","slug":"education-pathways-and-classed-trajectories","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hub.salford.ac.uk\/cultures-of-class\/news\/education-pathways-and-classed-trajectories\/","title":{"rendered":"Education Pathways and Classed Trajectories"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">with Helene Snee (Manchester Metropolitan University)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11:00-13:00, Friday 24th July<br>Room 100 Lady Hale, Peel Park Campus, University of Salford<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You&#8217;re invited to our workshop, &#8216;Education Pathways and Classed Trajectories&#8217;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This event will bring together researchers from the<br>emergent \u2018Educational pathways and classed trajectories\u2019-<br>Group of the Innovation Network on Cultures of Class to<br>share their current work and future plans. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This will be the inaugural meeting of the group to focus on:<br>a) establishing the Interest Group\u2019s thematic priorities;<br>b) creating a strategic plan for the year; and<br>c) exploring potential collaborations with a view to future<br>funding applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Attendees will be invited to present a 6-minute Pecha<br>Kucha talk to prompt discussion. We would like to extend<br>an invitation to those who have already registered an<br>interest in the Interest Group; the wider mailing list from<br>the Cultures of Class network; and wider academic and<br>practitioner networks from existing members who may not<br>yet have joined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>The immediate benefit will be to develop and grow the<br>Interest Group.
