An evaluation of the Individual Budget approach to tackling rough sleeping in Wales"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>In 2011 the Welsh Local Authority Homelessness Network sought to explore new and innovative solutions to tackling long-term homelessness. The Network worked with a number of local authorities to help fund fresh approaches to working with entrenched rough sleepers.
