This project, which was funded by the Welsh Government, aims to understand how the legislation has been implemented by organisations involved in supporting people at risk of homelessness (local authorities, housing associations and third sector organisations). This longitudinal (18 month) post-implementation evaluation focuses on both the process and impact of this legislation.
