Broadland Meridian is a third sector organisation that provides support, advice and training to people in East Anglia. It identified a gap in the market for a new product to deliver behavioural change training for building occupants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The product was envisaged to help support building users in maximising energy efficiency benefits and in doing so reducing carbon emissions and fuel bills. Broadland Housing Association (parent company of Broadland Meridian) observed that there was a lack of support, advice and guidance provided by staff for tenants to take advantage of the full benefits offered by low-carbon housing and retrofit technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
SHUSU produced a guide for their staff that covered the potential benefits and challenges of improving energy and water efficiency and approaches and techniques to engaging with tenants on these issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
