We worked with them to understand the tenants\u2019 views on the programme, relating specifically to the experience of being decanted into temporary accommodation and to the reality of living in a highly energy-efficient flat. As part of the research, monitoring was carried out in the flats to assess their thermal performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Principal Investigator:<\/strong> Dr Graeme Sherriff<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Funders: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.onemanchester.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">One Manchester<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Our Report: <\/strong> <a href=\"http:\/\/usir.salford.ac.uk\/46328\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Erneley Close passive house retrofit: resident experiences and building performance in retrofit to passive house standard<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Client Report: <\/strong>In addition to our report, One Manchester has produced their own summary &#8216;Passivhaus Executive Summary.
