Her research is centered on developing a sustainable social model of inclusion for Gypsies and Travellers which draws on Lean Operational Management.&nbsp;Ola worked as&nbsp;Project Manager, Sales, Marketing &amp; Operation Manager and senior Engineer with over 11 years&nbsp;of comprehensive large-scale Project Management and engineering experience in&nbsp;Sustainable design and Energy Industry.&nbsp;She is working with the local community on a non-profit basis on a variety of projects revolving around assisting communities become resource sustainable and save energy.
