We have produced toolkits for central government departments, executive agencies and regional bodies. We produce in-depth reports that present robust analyses of housing and neighbourhood issues at the intersection of the policy context, organisational delivery and individual voices. Our work in this area builds on these strong foundations and includes projects that focus on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The relationship between welfare and housing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Global housing and the transfer of knowledge between countries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Diversity and housing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Environments of ageing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Homelessness<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Community safety<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Social relations in neighbourhoods<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Digital housing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regeneration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We also work on housing quality (e.g. mould and damp) and energy and fuel poverty. These outputs can be found under our <a href=\"https:\/\/hub.salford.ac.uk\/care-shusu\/sustainability-society\/\">Sustainability and Society theme<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Below are our project reports and other outputs. Our researchers are also active in publishing in academic journals and contributing to research and practice conferences and events.
