forget the doom and gloom: mobile tech for climate change

This grant will see scholars from different disciplines across the University coming together to develop and test VR and an AR applications aimed at promoting pro-environmental behaviour in the house. In collaboration with IN4 Skills City, the prototypes will be tested by groups of K-12 students at Energy House (a real-size house at the University of Salford).  Students will play and provide feedback and ideas for improvement.

A fun way to learn about pro-environmental behaviour in a real-life home setting!

Funding: Friends of Energy House

Team: Dr Manuel Hernandez Perez, Dr Ian Drumm, Dr Sharon Coen
