Scott Thurston and the team behind Arts for the Blues have premiered a new performance which will tour England’s North-west this Summer in collaboration with Liverpool Lighthouse.
Together Un/Tethered is an immersive performance interweaving movement, spoken word, innovative soundscape, projection and live cellist exploring themes of separation, connection, new possibilities and understanding.
Inspired by the Arts for the Blues programme involving participants and artists in therapy-informed creative wellbeing sessions, the performance dramatises the experiences involved in the process as each person sought to find themselves and connect with one another.
You can see Together Un/Tethered at the following venues this Summer:
- Tues 20 June 4-5pm (two shows) and Wed 21 June 4-5pm (two shows) – Edge Hill Studio, Edge Hill University, Ormskirk, Lancs L39 4QP
