Toronto Alexithymia Scale (TAS-20)

Information:

The toronto alexithymia scale is a 20 item questionnaire.

Items are scored on a 1-5 scale, with the total scale score calculated as a sum of the items.

Some items are reversed. For example, a score of 1 will become a score of 5.

Scores that are 51 or below indicate low alexithymia whereas scores that are 61 or higher indicate high alexithymia.
