Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD-7) scale

Information

The generalized anxiety disorder scale, in this instance, is a 7 item questionnaire.

Items are scored on a 0-3 scale, with the total scale score calculated as a sum of the items.

Scores of 5, 10, and 15 are taken as the cut-off points for mild, moderate and severe anxiety.
