EVENT: Stress and Supervision – their role in complex people work

Are you and your team engaged in work with clients and patients in extremely complex situations? Join Making Research Count for a half-day event on Tuesday 24th May and hear from speakers who specialise in staff support in difficult working environments. Confirmed speakers include Dr Neil Thompson, Author of ‘Supervision Skills’ and ‘Meeting the Stress Challenge’; Maurice Fenton, who specialises in working with children in care and leaving care; and Elaine Beaumont who has researched best responses to fire fighters who are responding to traumatic events.
