Dr Shelly Allen

Senior Lecturer in Mental Health with an Honorary Therapist position whilst undertaking Clinical Training as a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist. Has a sustained interest in working as an Academic with strong links to Clinical Practice completing a PhD focusing on the narratives of people who self-harm in 2009. Takes a Psychodynamic Psychotherapeutic approach to clinical practice and is interested in psychodynamic psychotherapy and its application to Leadership, Teams and Organizations.
